We look forward to welcoming you to One & Only Chiropractic! We suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Also, please bring any X-rays, MRIs, or other records related to your condition. Be ready to complete some paperwork, and let us take care of the rest!
Your First Visit
When you arrive, our team will greet you and make you feel comfortable. You’ll fill out some paperwork, and then you’ll meet with our chiropractor, Dr. Azizi.
We’ll start with a thorough history, including all the details of your accident, if your condition is related to an injury. Then, we’ll conduct a thorough chiropractic examination, orthopedic assessments, and neurological tests to allow us to arrive at an accurate diagnosis.
Based on your exams, Dr. Azizi will explain the root cause of your pain or other symptoms and lay out his recommendations for care. If you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive your first adjustments and any therapeutic modalities recommended for your specific issue.
X-rays
If X-rays are needed to confirm a diagnosis and help us create a customized care plan for you, we’ll take those on your first visit. In that situation, we’ll go over our findings and recommendations and provide your first adjustments at your second visit, after we have had a chance to review your images.
